A bill that would redefine dogs as livestock has us again looking at the artificial line between species. In this case, breeders want to be able to define dogs as livestock to save money on taxes spent on livestock and such. Let's put them out of their misery by putting them out of business:

Colvin said the bill classifies dogs as livestock, which don't have the same protections as dogs.
