As we enter 2006 -- a year in which I expect to see animal awareness and compassion continue to make impressive inroads into human consciousness -- I'm pleased to announce an addition to the An Animal-Friendly Life blogging team that will help me keep up the ridiculous pace I set for the site in 2005. I hope you'll join me in welcoming him.

Sean Underwood works in the transportation industry in Madison, Wisconsin, and is a young, articulate voice for the animals. He will continue to blog about the media's coverage of animals, and will likely expand his presence at the site beyond that scope as he settles in, so we look forward to your feedback on the posts here, as always.

Look for additional guest posts throughout the year, and for the team to slowly expand as the right people become available.
